100 for 100 Campaign

March 29-31, 2021

Our goal:
Earn the support of 100 new donors in honor of our mission of bringing 100 male teachers of color into San Francisco’s elementary schools.

Will you join our cause?

When we reach our goal of 100 male teachers of color in the next few years, San Francisco will become the first metropolitan city in the country to have at least one male teacher of color in every elementary school.

Highlighting Man the Bay Fellows

In doing so, our 100 teachers will impact approximately 40,000 students and nearly 34,000 students of color.

They will transform lives, schools, and communities.

To get there, we’re going to need a movement.

Starting on March 29th through March 31st, we’re going to take a step towards building that movement with our #UEA100for100 campaign.

Our goal: earn the support of 100 new donors in three days.

People will power our movement. And whether it’s a $5 or $5000 donation, your contribution will sustain and grow our impact.

The most foundational leaders in our communities are teachers.

Less than 2% of America’s teaching force are Black males; less than 3% are Latino males. Yet research shows that the influence of having a Black teacher can make a monumental difference in a Black student’s life.
